The Cyprus Investment Program is the fastest solution to EU citizenship; application to citizenship takes only six months. For the Cyprus Investment Program, a minimum investment of €2,000,000 in real estate is required. In addition a €75,000 to the Research and Innovation Fund and a €75,000 donation to the Cyprus Land Development Corporation. The application process is the quickest in Europe and takes approximately 6 months to gain EU Citizenship.

There is no minimum stay requirement and no requirement for applicants to live in Cyprus. Investors must keep investments for a five years. Following this, the investment can be sold provided that a personal residence property worth €500,000 is kept. Dependent children up to the age of 28 years old can be included under family application. In addition, the investor can include his/her parents within the application. There is no language requirement and basic documentation is needed to complete the process.
